Since the foundation of Nitty Gritty in 1995, they have always focused on bringing new, effective and efficient solutions to the market that meet the real needs of those who professionally pickle, polish and mark stainless steel.

In recent years, several of their customers have asked us to develop a high-quality pickling and polishing machine, just as powerful as the Clinox line, but "smarter".

It was also quite a challenge, because we did not want to copy other machines from our competitors on the market with their advantages and disadvantages.

So they started to think of the X-Brush line from this question:
"How do you make a high-quality, powerful, reliable machine like the Clinox, but at the same time lightweight, portable, compact and smarter?"

That is why we decided that these new machines would be dip&work with quality components together with an inverter for optimal energy management and therefore better and faster pickling or polishing.

After almost 3 years between design, implementation and internal tests, at the beginning of 2023 they asked some of our customers to test these new machines and give us feedback so that they could further improve them.

Fortunately, all three models were not only loved, but also perfectly met the demands and needs of those who work with Inox on a daily basis.

However, there were some small requests for improvement, and so after about 6 months the X-Brush range was launched on the market with three models: Basic, Mini and X-Brush.

The common thread of all 3 of these dip&work machines are:

Small weight and size to make them easy to transport.
High quality components to make them reliable and durable.
Presence of the inverter that allows optimal power management so as not to alter or ruin the Inox and offer a better working experience.
Possibility to choose different modes and powers based on the type of work.
Pads and brushes specially made for the X-Brush range.
