This Backing gas system consists of two closing bladders (up to 70° C). The two bladders are connected by a sturdy hose that is protected by a stainless steel casing.
The gas outflow opening is located between the two bladders to allow the backing gas to flow between the bladders with a suspected overflow on the other side along the other bladder.
The backing gas bladders operate by means of a pressure relief valve. The switching of the bladders on the pressure on the coils of the backing gas chamber is fully automatic. Even if the bladders are slightly leaky, they will be kept under pressure.
The hose unit and the heat-resistant / spark-resistant covers are optional available.
In combination with these covers, the system can be used up to 300 ° C.
